Hello everyone, this is an add on to my previous article where i discussed what rrod was and how it occurred. Today i will tell you all my experiences with rrod and how i personally witnesses people fix them. But if you have the $190 or have warranty to get your console fixed i would personally send it to Microsoft however, there are some cases that people cant send there console and want to fix it for free on there own if you happened to be on of the following keep on reading and learn about the Xbox 360 fixes out there. As many of you have searched for fixes for red ring of death you may have come up with some really pathetic ways to fix your console, i would advise staying away from these fixes, towel trick, penny trick although they do work but they potentially damage your console more and rrod will re-occur.

Now, these are some methods that work better but you can still get rrod again just there better to preform and majority of the people who tried it find it longer lasting. There are 2 fixes they both involve your console to be opened up. There are 2 methods: removing the x clamps, tightening the x clamps. Basically the console will not work until you re flow the the mother board. If you do not preform the re flow you will have no rrod but you will have the no video or audio problem and there is no fix out there for that.
